I am so pleased with my Family Maternity Photos! Our photographer did such an amazing job, again. Last year, she also shot my maternity shoot for my first baby, our son. I love her style of photography! She uses film and makes EVERY shot count so, don’t expect hundreds of photos to choose from or hours of shooting. I am posting every single photo she took on this blog post. She’s very creative and efficient at what she does. She has a vision and she knows how to capture the perfect shot. I recommend her to anyone.

“You put your arms around me and I’m home.”
For those who did not know, I was pregnant last year and again this year. I am having two under two! Expecting our baby girl any day now. They are about 12-13 months apart, “Irish Twins” is the term used for their age difference.
This time around, I actually did not want to take Maternity photos. Why? I simply was not in the mood to get all dressed up and it was so darn hot!!! BUT my husband INSISTED that I had to do it because he knew I would regret it. Also, our photos from the last pregnancy was worth everything! Photos capture a moment forever gone -it freezes time, and it is priceless. I am so thankful that he insisted and convinced me to do another maternity shoot. I feel like he knows me more than I know myself. I love you, husband! I couldn’t choose a better partner in life than you.
I cannot wait to meet you, my baby girl.
“As long as I am living, my baby you’ll be!”
My first born, you have changed my life forever. Being your mommy has been the greatest experience of my life. (see next blog post, I will be writing “a letter to my first born”) Subscribe via email on homepage side bar so you don’t miss a post 🙂
Growing and carrying a life is the greatest miracle.
I cannot put into words how much I love my husband, and how much I loved him even more after seeing him be the greatest dad to our son. These two make my heart swell!!!!
Fact: My husband is a very hands on daddy. He has never missed a single bedtime routine with our son. Since the day he was born he has read his bedtime story, taken his bath, massage, pajamas, and sang him to sleep! A year later, he’s still the greatest dad I could ever ask for my son. I could go on and on about all of the great things he does, but I would simply run out of space (truthfully!).
“I am proud of many things in life, but nothing beats being a mother.”
God has blessed me, greatly! Forever thankful and grateful for these blessings.
We’ve spent this whole year soaking up all of our time loving our first born and we cannot wait for our baby girl to join us.
With you by my side, anything is possible.
The happiest baby I know. Dylan Paul, you fill our lives with so much happiness.
I knew I wanted to nurse you for as long as I can, since the day you were born. I never thought our journey would take us this far, and we are still going! I plan to nurse until he decides to stop on his own, and I plan on nursing his sister as soon as she is born as well. (See next blog post on my breastfeeding journey, soon)
